Fees involved in the process to immigrate to Canada as skilled professional
Governmental fees (for skilled professionals)
Visa Processing Fee payable to the Canadian Immigration authorities - $ 550
Cnd per adult person, children $150 Cnd, once the visas have been
approved and the clients are ready to arrive in Canada, the government will
ask them for an additional $490 Cnd for each adult.
In addition the applicant should have bank accounts for their own use to
show Canadian officials that they can support themselves for one year.
Lawyers fees:
US$3500 for individual OR US$4000 for a family of two or more. This
includes legal services of the Canadian lawyers to assist the client in the
immigration procedure. The payment is due as follows:
- US$1500 at the moment to hire the service
- US$1000 once the application package is prepared and ready to
submit to Canadian authorities - US$1000 once the visa is ready to be issued.
